When you call TrialSight Medical Media to discuss your upcoming case, you will speak with an experienced medical illustrator. Following this initial conversation, you will be asked to forward any relevant medical records, documentation, and patient films for review. We will analyze the records and put together a comprehensive exhibit proposal. Your exhibit proposal will include written descriptions of each illustration or animation, an outline of the overall exhibit strategy and pricing estimates. Your proposal is a complimentary service and can be modified as needed to match your strategic goals.

After you review the exhibit proposal, call us to accept the exhibits you need. Upon acceptance, we will begin work on exhibit drafts, and an invoice will be sent for 75% of the illustration fees.

Color drafts are created and prepared for review via our secure online viewing system, making them easy to share with your legal team, experts, and physicians. Drafts can also be sent by email, fax, or express mail. During the draft process you will work with an illustrator one-on-one to refine and modify the exhibits to fit your needs. Once the exhibits drafts are approved, the finalization process can begin.
Final exhibits are “painted” or rendered to give them depth, volume and detail resulting in a more realistic appearance. At TrialSight we offer many choices for the final output of exhibits. You can have your exhibits enlarged and mounted on presentation board, formatted as high quality digital files or included as part of a complete Presentation Package for computer viewing or projection. Animations and interactives are formatted to suit your presentation platform and can be burned to DVD. Rest assured that our commitment to quality will be apparent no matter which format you choose. Upon delivery of the final product, the remaining 25% of the illustration fees plus shipping costs will be billed.
Please be aware that high quality custom artwork and animations can take time to produce. Avoid rush charges by sending in your records promptly and allowing adequate time for the entire process from exhibit proposal creation to final shipment. An example of a typical case timeline is below.

Exhibit Proposal:
5-10 business days following the receipt of case records and documentation

Exhibit drafts: 5-8 business days following acceptance

Finalized exhibits: 2-5 business days following approval of exhibit drafts. A minimum timeframe of 1.5 business days before trial is necessary to ensure sufficient time for print production and nationwide shipping.

While a typical case turnaround time is around one month, complex or large cases may require additional time and simple or expedited cases may be completed in as
little as one week.

Quick turn-around cases: Expedited cases may incur a rush fee based on scope and complexity. To avoid rush charges please notify us of your exhibit choices at least 8 working days before your trial date. Please call for details.
